Job Position – Housekeeping Coach

Are you passionate about developing people and driving excellence in housekeeping operations? Looking for an experienced Housekeeping Coach to join our team and play a key role in training, coaching, and inspiring our housekeeping colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct onboarding and departmental training for housekeeping colleagues.
– Deliver on-the-job coaching to ensure compliance with hotel standards and SOPs. • Monitor performance through room inspections and quality audits.
– Identify training needs and implement development plans.
– Coach colleagues on guest service excellence and luxury hospitality standards. • Support the implementation of housekeeping initiatives and quality improvement programs.
– Maintain training records and track team development progress.
– Promote health, safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards across the department.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a 5-star luxury hotel.
– Previous experience in training, coaching, or supervisory roles is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning standards, and guest service excellence.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
– Ability to motivate and develop multicultural teams.
– Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
– Training certification or Train-the-Trainer qualification is an advantage.
– Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
