Job Position – Housekeeping Coordinator / Team Leader

Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
– Assign tasks and monitor room attendants and public area attendants for efficient workflow.
– Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
– Ensure timely room readiness in coordination with the Front Office.
– Maintain housekeeping records, reports, and inventory of supplies and linen.
– Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Train, guide, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain high performance.
– Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel operational standards.
– Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department and follow up for completion.
