Job Position – Housekeeping Supervisor
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and the ability to motivate and guide the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
-Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff
-Inspect place and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards
-Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
-Schedule staff shifts and manage workload efficiently
-Report maintenance issues promptly
-Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality supervision
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
