Job Position – Housekeeping Supervisor
Company Name – Flora Hospitality
Location: – Dubai
Qualifications:-
Must with at least 2 Year in a supervisory role.
Must be Bachelor Degree Holder in Hotel Management
Proven experience in Hotel housekeeping Department,
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Opera PMS, HotLync software, added advantage
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing constructive feedback and support.
Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure efficiency.
Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Strong knowledge on Housekeeping logistic and Inventory control
Maintain inventory and order supplies to ensure availability for daily operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
