Job Position – Housekeeping Supervisor
Company Name – Danat Hotels
To lead housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the property.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff
– Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness
– Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked
– Train and coach housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
– Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
– Maintain records of inspections, staff performance, and inventory
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
– Proven experience in housekeeping hospitality, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– High school diploma or equivalent (additional hospitality training is a plus)
– Basic knowledge of housekeeping software
