Job Position – Housekeeping Supervisor & Team Leader

Individuals with immediate job openings who possess spoken Arabic skills have an advantage. If you have experience managing hospital housekeeping operations and ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise cleaning activities in patient rooms, clinics, ICUs, OTs, and public areas
– Ensure adherence to infection control, hygiene, and safety standards
– Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping attendants
– Conduct inspections and audits, including high-touch surface checks
– Manage scheduling, task allocation, and shift planning
– Report incidents and oversee corrective actions
– Collaborate with nursing and infection control teams
– Monitor staff grooming, etiquette, and discipline
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare housekeeping
– Knowledge of healthcare cleaning protocols and infection control
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– BICSc certified is preferred
– Arabic-speaking is beneficial
– Immediate availability
