Job Position – Housekeeping Team Leader
Company Name – Bubble Laundry
With Valid UAE Driving License
Location: Dubai/Abudhabi
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead housekeeping staff on daily operations
– Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure high standards of cleanliness
– Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
– Coordinate with clients and management regarding housekeeping requirements
– Manage staff attendance, schedules, and reports
– Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and equipment
– Train new staff and maintain discipline within the team.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision
– Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
– Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
– Ability to handle multiple sites (if required)
– Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety standards
– Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
