Job Position – HR Administrator
Company Name – Al Ansari Exchange
Looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator (Visa & Employee Services) to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance for new and existing employees by managing visa processing, work permits, contracts, and employee records. You will also support key government relations activities, Emiratization requirements, and HR administrative processes, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and efficient service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree.
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a large organization.
– Strong knowledge of government-related processes which include UAE visa, work permit, medical, Emirates ID, and employment contracts.
– Hands-on experience with HR systems, including updating employee profiles, maintaining visa/contract records, and processing reimbursement claims.
– Familiarity with government portals and compliance requirements, particularly the Tawteen system for Emiratisation is highly desirable.
– Proven ability to manage Emiratisation allocation and ensure accurate reporting in line with CBUAE requirements.
– Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail when handling sensitive employee documentation.
– Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to employee and departmental queries.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
