Key Responsibilities:
– Support the HR team in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
– Coordinate onboarding and off boarding processes
– Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
– Assist in recruitment activities and scheduling interviews
– Support employee engagement initiatives and events
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
– 1–3 years of experience in HR support or coordination
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Positive attitude and team player
