Description:
We need an Arabic Speaking HR consultant in Dubai
Responsibility
Handle end to end recruitment activities such as job posting and candidate sourcing for the different positions.
In-depth knowledge of effective and innovative search tools and techniques
Manage recruitment vendors and optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
Make interview arrangements by liaising with the candidates and ensuring hiring manager’s calendar is available
Escalation of job applicants for further progress and follow through with the entire hiring process to ensure smooth onboarding process
Keep track of the new staff’s progress during probation period and provide assistance wherever necessary
Support in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Collate relevant information and compile it into reports for the department
Monitor data and KPIs of the department in order to send regular reports on updates and progress
Attend routine meetings and take minutes, ensuring smooth operations during the meeting
Handle daily reports related to the employees’ health status declaration and keep track of the global epidemic situation
