Job Position – HR Coordinator

To support the Human Resources department across various FM project sites. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in HR coordination within the FM or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to understand manpower requirements
• Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews for various FM roles
• Coordinate trade tests and technical interviews with technical teams
• Assist in processing job offers, employment contracts, and visa documentation
• Facilitate onboarding: documentation, medicals, EID, bank accounts, and induction
• Maintain and update HRMS/ERP system with employee information
• Ensure all personnel files are complete, updated, and audit-ready
• Track visa expiry, Emirates ID, insurance, and labor card renewals
• Manage employee master lists and project-wise deployment records
• Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
• Address minor grievances and escalate where needed
• Coordinate employee welfare activities and staff engagement programs
• Collect monthly attendance and overtime from site supervisors/admins
• Verify and consolidate attendance reports for payroll processing
• Monitor leave balances and absenteeism
• Assist in processing final settlements and exit formalities
• Coordinate with PROs for visa processing and government documentation
• Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related information

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination within FM or construction industry in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and FM-specific HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HRMS/ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
