Job Position – HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
-Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
-Support visa processing and renewals in line with UAE labor laws
-Coordinate staff attendance, scheduling, and training programs
-Assist with payroll preparation and HR reporting
-Support employee relations and HR initiatives across branches
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
-1–3 years of HR experience (education/nursery experience is a plus)
-Strong understanding of UAE labor law and ADEK requirements
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in MS Office (HR systems knowledge is an advantage)
-Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
