About the Role:
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll support our HR team in streamlining processes, managing employee records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your HR career in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, onboarding new hires).
– Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, databases) in compliance with UAE labor law.
– Assist in performance management, payroll support, and HR reporting.
– Handle employee inquiries and foster a positive workplace culture.
– Support HR projects (policies, engagement initiatives, audits).

Requirements :-
– Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
– 2+ years of HR coordination/administrative experience (UAE/GCC experience a plus).
– Knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
– Strong organizational skills & proficiency in HRIS/MS Office.
– Excellent communication (English language required; Arabic language a bonus).
