Job Position – HR Executive

For a suitable HR professional with Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Oil and Gas background on a similar role in United Arab Emirates.
Qualification:
BBA, MBA, MPA Specialization in Human Resource or equivalent. Attested degree from all the relevant authorities and currently available inside UAE.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Manage the entire recruitment process.
-Reviewing resumes and screening candidates.
-Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and department managers.
-Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws.
-Strong understanding of WPS and Payroll Management.
-Knowledge of updated UAE labor law.
-Record keeping and documentation.
-Strong understanding of MS Office suit.
