Job Position – HR Executive

Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Manager
To manage and support our blue-collar workforce. The role involves maintaining employee data, coordinating onboarding and documentation, handling attendance and payroll-related updates, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable interacting with employees at various work sites.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records for blue-collar staff, including personal information, visa status, joining details, and contract documents.
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Handle attendance records, timesheets, and overtime details for accurate payroll processing.
Assist in visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID, and labor-related documentation as required.
Address employee queries and concerns and escalate issues where needed.
Coordinate with site supervisors to track employee deployment, shift schedules, and transfers.
Support in grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities.
Ensure all HR files and data are kept organized, confidential, and up-to-date.
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably with blue-collar workforce.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and document management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle field/site coordination if required.
Fluency in English (Hindi/Urdu added advantage).
