Job Description
-Compensation and benefits
-Develop HR policies and job grading.
-Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
-Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
-Monitor HR department’s budget
-Manage employees’ grievances
-Measure employee retention and turnover rates
-Oversee daily operations of the HR department
-Recruitment, onboarding, orientation.
-Employees relations.
-KPI, periodic appraisals.
-Periodic regular analysis of the human resources department
-Annual and semiannual report.
-Payroll,
-Visa, insurance processing.
