Job Position – HR Executive
Company Name – Legacy Group Services
Location : Dubai (Sourcing only from Dubai)
Industry : Pharma Manufacturing
UAE experience- Any Pharma, FMCG production exp, on manufacturing MUST
Total Exp – Min 3-5 years of #UAE experience mandatory.
Language – English, Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
Must be well verse with current UAE Labor laws.
Recruitment and On-Boarding
Supporting on performance Appraisal and all other HR Functions.
Ability to generate various HR reports in different form to present to Board.
Should have experience working on ERP. Will be responsible for complete payroll processing, Monitoring Attendance for all Gulf countries, working experience of HRMS system, Handling Visa processing.
Must have experience in handling plant Shift duties for all staff. Duty rooster, time management.
Experience in Handling payroll and final settlement.
Handle day to day HR operations. Preparing bank letters, warning letters, increments letter, terminations, Annual Leaves, Sick leaves, etc.
Support employees with their queries promptly and ensure all queries are addressed immediately. Any Delays to be escalated to Reporting Manager
Handle Administrative task, Staff Accommodation , Office Adminsitration , plant administration.
