Job Position – HR Generalist
Location: Umm Al-Quwain
Type: Full-time
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
Salary : from AED 5000-8000
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise all daily human resources activities in alignment with company policies.
– Manage recruitment and selection processes, conduct interviews, and recommend suitable hires.
– Implement HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
– Organize onboarding programs for new employees and update their records.
– Monitor the annual performance evaluation process and analyze results in coordination with various departments.
– Manage employee files and maintain organized and confidential records.
– Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
– Handle employee inquiries and complaints professionally.
– Organize internal training sessions and develop training plans in collaboration with senior management.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and local regulations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Fluency in English (written and spoken)
– Nationality :Arabic
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Good knowledge of local labor laws.
– Strong time management and multitasking abilities
