Job Position – HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
·        Reporting to Head of HR, will be responsible for all day to day HR activities like recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, leave, benefits & compensation.
·        Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments
·        Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and interviews
·        Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including weekly and monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
·        Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development
·        Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
·        Develop and maintain talent management processes.
·        Monitor employee morale and company culture..
·        Identify future staffing needs.

Requirements
·        Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
·        Proven success working in an HR generalist role
·        Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
·        Thorough knowledge of UAE labour laws
·        Manufacturing Industry experience
·        Proven experience in handling headcount of 500+ employees
·        Experience in hiring blue collared and white collared jobs
