Education Requirements:
Minimum master’s in business administration with an emphasis on Human Resources is desirable
Working Experience & Skills:
– 10 to 15 years of working experience in human resources management and / or organizational development
– Previous experience in HR strategy development, operations and administrative design and implementation
-Human Resources policies & procedures Recruitment Staff management Administration Training & development Payroll
– Previous experience with human resource management information application
– Provide guidance to staff on Human Resource related matters including hiring, onboarding, separation/termination, performance evaluations, recruitment, fringe benefits as well as employee relations and organizational policy.
– Respond to and investigate employee grievances and conflicts and work closely with legal counsel to resolve.
– Proven experience in developing HR departments from scratch
– Familiar with the use World, Excel, power point etc..
– Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
