Job Position – HR Manager

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000

To lead clients Human Resources function and support the growth of our wood manufacturing business. This role will be pivotal in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management across departments like production, maintenance, quality control, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute recruitment and onboarding strategies
-Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives
-Oversee training programs tailored to safety, compliance, and technical upskilling
-Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluation systems
-Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry safety standards
-Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
-Minimum 5 years of HR experience (2+ in a managerial role)
-Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors preferred
-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
-Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
