Job Position – HR Manager
Company Name – Meshico Group
Location: Dubai
Requirements:
Develop innovative HR solutions to address complex HR challenges and enhance employee experiences.
Ensure meticulous record-keeping and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Work closely with the CEO to align HR strategies with business goals and improve employee retention. Create and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are up to
date and in compliance with local labor laws.
Build and lead a strong HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Qualification:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, ideally in diverse industry sectors.
Creative problem-solving skills and a track record of
implementing innovative HR solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 5 years of hospitality experience in managing a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
