Job Position – HR Manager
Company Name – Accel
With one of clients in the UAE, operating multiple businesses in trading precious metals and holiday homes.
Who can oversee employee hiring and onboarding experience as well as assisting in developing company policies in line with the UAE Labor Law and the organizational goals.. The role focuses on employee training& engagement, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and offboarding.
Requirements:
Degree in HR or hospitality
Minimum of 12-15 years of HR experience and atleast 5-7 years of hospitality management (UAE) experience is a must.
Knowledge of labor and hotel regulations and laws Professional, organized, and can multitask.
Ability to manage conflicts at work
Excellent problem-solving skills
