Job Position – HR Manager
Company Name – Kingston Stanley
Software Development Company (Pre-launch)
To build and implement HR polices and programs in preparation for the launch of their product.
The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies, processes and procedures that align with the company goals and culture, while attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent – CIPD/Masters will be a plus
– At least 7 years of experience in HR Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
– Experience in the software development industry or start-up tech environment preferred
– Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and regulations
– Excellent command of the English language
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Salary: 30k AED
