To help secure further expansion and scalability, we are looking for an experienced HR and Office Manager to expand our global community of part-time (contract) resources, and manage our office in Dubai.

 

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be part of an international team supporting our global business. Primary responsibilities include:

 

·      Expanding and managing our global network of part-timers (contractors) including recruitment and retention (all contractors are working remotely, mainly in the Asian region).

·      Responsible for ensuring a close coordination and communication with our production facility in Vietnam.

·      Managing daily operations in our Dubai office hereunder handling of tasks related to local employment regulations and contracts, communication with public authorities, banks and other vendors.

 

Your workplace will be in Dubai (Dubai Digital Park). The working language is English.

 

ABOUT YOU

You have several years of experience in working with HR, hereunder advertising, recruitment, and managing contactors as well as office administration. In your position, you will represent Esoft towards contractors that are working remotely, and as such you will be one of our Esoft Ambassadors when it comes to communicating our culture, our values and mindset.

 

We imagine that you have:

·      Experience in the field of HR including recruitment, preferbaly also with contractors working remotely

·      Solid office management experience

·      Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and possibly Spanish or Vietnamese

·      A good commercial understanding

·      Project management skills and experience
