Job Position – HR Officer
Company Name – Palma Beach Resort
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and well-versed in UAE labor laws, preferably with hospitality industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and manage joining formalities
• Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel files
• Manage attendance, leave records, and provide payroll support
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE Labor Law
• Assist with employee relations and HR documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
• 1–2 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Good communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
