Job Position – HR Officer

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
· Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and procedures.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
· Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
· Coordinate training and development initiatives, identifying employee training needs and facilitating training sessions as required.
· Assist in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
· Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
· Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
· Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
· Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
· Fluent in Eng lish
· Candidates should be on self-sponsored visas in UAE (Spouse Visa)
· Available to join immediately.
