Job Position – HR Officer Construction Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll for labor and staff with high accuracy
• Prepare and manage workers’ timesheets (attendance, overtime, site allocation)
• Monitor labor attendance, leaves, absences, and overtime
• Handle onboarding and offboarding for workers and staff
• Maintain and update employee records, including labor files
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
• Coordinate with site supervisors for workforce updates
• Support recruitment for labor and site staff
• Handle employee relations and HR support
• Prepare HR and payroll reports
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Officer in a construction company
• Strong background in payroll processing for labor/workers
• Hands-on experience with site-based timesheet management
• Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a large workforce
