Job Position – HR Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in a property management firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing HR strategies, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to support a growing team across multiple sites or properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
– Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for property management roles (e.g., facility managers, housekeeping, front office, security staff).
– Post job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks.
– Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
– Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth integration of employees.
2. Employee Relations
– Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues promptly.
– Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement initiatives across properties.
– Maintain effective communication between field staff, property teams, and management.
3. HR Operations & Administration
– Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital).
– Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
– Ensure all HR documents (contracts, ID cards, policies) are up to date and compliant.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
– Support audits and inspections related to HR practices.
– Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
5. Performance & Training
– Assist in performance appraisal processes.
– Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
– Support career path planning and succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, facility management, or property services.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliance.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
– Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
