Job Position – HR Operations Manager
Company Name – Techecs
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage smooth integration of new hires and handle exit processes, including interviews and documentation.
-HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, support payroll, and administer benefits.
-Employee Grievance Management: Address and
resolve grievances, mediate conflicts, and ensure
confidentiality.
-Employee Relations: Build positive employee relationships and manage engagement programs.
-Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and advise management on necessary updates.
-Visa Processing: Oversee the visa application and renewal process, ensuring timely coordination with authorities.
-Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews and provide guidance to managers.
-Training & Development: Identify and organize training programs to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred.
-3-5 years of HR experience, including 2 years in the UAE.
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and HRIS systems.
-Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
-Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
