Job Position – HR Recruitment Specialist
Company Name – DRL Marketing Management
Location: UAE- Immediate Joiners
The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in UAE recruitment and confidence in sourcing, screening, and hiring through modern recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across the UAE.
-Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities.
-Post vacancies, manage applications, and communicate effectively with candidates.
-Maintain records and update the ATS when required.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
-Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
-Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE (Mandatory).
-Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
-Familiarity with ATS systems is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Fluency in Hindi is required.
-Must be currently based in Dubai.
Salary & Benefits:
-Salary: AED 4,000 โ 4,500
