Job Position – HR Rewards Executive

– Bachelors’ degree in Business with 5+ Years of Compensation and benefits Experience.
– Perform analytical research and reporting.
-Research best practices in compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
– Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
– Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
– Design reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior executive team.
– Skills in HRIS / SAP, Computer Literacy, Proficiency in MS package, Qatar Labor Laws & Regulations, Data Collection & Analysis.
