Job Position – HR Specialist
Company Name – Cigalah Drug Store
-Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
-Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
-Conduct new employee onboarding, including orientation and training on company policies and procedures.
-Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
-Support managers in handling employee performance issues and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
-Administer payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
-Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
-Coordinate training programs to ensure employees’ skills align with organizational needs.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all employees (e.g., contracts, attendance, performance reviews).
-Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting appraisals, and addressing performance issues
-Help develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
-Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
-Collaborate with relevant teams to promote employee wellness programs and health initiatives.
-Maintain and analyze HR data to provide insights on employee turnover, performance trends, and other key metrics.
