Job Position – HR Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and HR policy implementation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our organization’s HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our workforce.
Qualifications:
5 – 7 years of experience in human resources roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications.
