Job Position – HR Specialist
Company Name – CPECC
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Requirements:
– Minimum 7 years of specialised recruitment experience in the Oil amp; Gas sector
– Proven experience in EPC project recruitment within the UAE (ADNOC)
– Strong knowledge of ADNOC mobilization procedures and requirements
– Excellent sourcing, screening, and talent acquisition skills
– Male candidates are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned projects
– Manage local and international recruitment campaigns
– Coordinate employee onboarding and mobilization processes
– Support project teams with manpower planning and staffing requirements
– Maintain recruitment records and prepare HR reports
