Job Position – HSE Consultant & Trainer

Are you dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of workers and the environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HSE consultant/trainer, preferably locally available (Qatar)
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies and protocols at project sites in alignment with OSHA guidelines.
• Utilize research and analytical skills to provide clients with tailored, inventive solutions that meet their needs and comply with local and international standards.
• Lead the Incident Investigation process, offering essential technical guidance to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate in the development and deployment of safety and health programs, frameworks, and protocols.
• Offer guidance on alternative processes and equipment to mitigate safety risks for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest legal health and safety standards.
• Engage in employee training for emergency preparedness and maintain program quality.
• Demonstrate adaptability across multidisciplinary domains.
• Exhibit proficiency in understanding water and air quality parameters.
• Apply relevant sustainability guidelines to support clients in achieving their sustainability
objectives.
• Stay informed about the latest sustainable development technologies and policies.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.(English/Arabic)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering or Safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fire, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates with a NEBOSH Diploma are preferred
