Job Position – HSE Engineer

To join team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE system implementation within the oil and gas sector and proven expertise in international standards and site safety management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)
ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Auditor Certification
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects
Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE implementation
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation and continuous improvement of HSE Management Systems
Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety inspections
Preparation and implementation of HSE Plans, Procedures, and Method Statements
Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Permit to Work (PTW/OWT)
Incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
Promote HSE awareness and safe work practices across all project activities
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and Oil & Gas safety standards
Excellent reporting and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and lead HSE initiatives on-site
Strong communication and coordination skills
