Job Position – HSE Manager
Company Name – MedGulf Construction
With EPC projects experience.
Location: Qatar
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HSE functions for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
-Provide leadership and direction to project teams on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
-Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
-Investigate incidents and accidents, analyze root causes, and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
-Lead HSE training and awareness programs for employees and subcontractors.
-Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on HSE-related matters.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications preferred.
-Minimum of 15+ years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on EPC projects in Oil and Gas Sector
-In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
-Level 6 / NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Certification is Mandatory.
-Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.
-Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
