Job Position – HSE Manager
Company Name – ADMAC
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, with specific experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDM), Sewerage projects and infrastructural projects. This role is critical in developing, implementing, and overseeing HSE policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to HSE standards.
Monitor and report on HSE performance, including leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with project managers and site teams to integrate HSE practices into project planning and execution.
Provide training and guidance on HSE matters to employees and subcontractors.
Stay current with regulatory changes and industry developments related to HSE.
Lead the creation of risk assessments and mitigation strategies for NDM and infrastructural projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HSE Manager, with significant exposure to NDM projects and infrastructural projects.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
