Job Position – HSE Manager
Company Name – MEC Emirates
Key Requirements (Must Have):
Experience: Minimum 16 years of relevant experience in HSE management.
Industry: Must have extensive background in Civil Construction.
Certification: Lead Auditor Certification is strictly required.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and international safety standards (ISO 45001, 14001).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across all civil construction sites.
Conduct regular internal and external audits to ensure full compliance.
Lead accident investigations, risk assessments, and safety inspections.
Drive a culture of “Safety First” among the workforce and management.
Liaise with government authorities and clients regarding HSE matters.
