Job Position – HSE Officer
Company Name – Emirates Building System
The health, safety, and environmental compliance of manufacturing and site operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure compliance with UAE regulations & international standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001)
– Conduct risk assessments & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
– Monitor plant, production, and site activities
– Lead safety inspections on equipment, PPE, lifting gear, & fire safety systems
– Investigate incidents, accidents, & near misses
– Conduct safety training & toolbox talks
– Support internal & external HSE audits
– Maintain HSE records & promote a strong safety culture
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or related field
– NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
– 3-5 years of HSE experience in steel manufacturing, heavy industry, or construction
– Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards.
– Excellent communication & reporting skills
