Job Position – HSE Officers
Company Name – NMDC Energy
Location: Saudi Arabia – Offshore Projects
Formerly NPCC and be part of high-impact offshore projects!
1) Sr HSE Officer – Offshore (Minimum 7 years offshore experience)
-Lead HSE operations for offshore projects ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations
-Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections on offshore sites
-Implement safety management plans and provide guidance to junior HSE officers
-Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities
-Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and international offshore safety standards
2) HSE Officer – Offshore (Minimum 5 years offshore experience)
-Support the implementation of HSE procedures on offshore projects
-Conduct safety monitoring, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
-Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance by all personnel
-Assist in preparing HSE reports and documentation
-Collaborate with senior HSE officers to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements & Certifications:
-NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory
-Professional membership (ASP, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH, NCSO, MIIRSM)
-Valid offshore certificates: BOSIET, H2S
-Valid First Aid / BLS training
-Experience in offshore dredging, installation, diving, subsea, and hook-up projects
-Previous Aramco approval as Safety Officer is highly preferred
-Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
