Requirements and Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or relevant
– At least 3 years’ experience of working as a HR Generalist.
– Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, planning, problem solving & decision-making skills.
– Tactful & discreet when dealing with people & confidential information.
– Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS systems.
– Should be a team player with a high degree of integrity and strong work ethics.
