Job Position – Human Resources Assistant Manager

Role Overview:
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HR Management team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our Human Resources Department. Your focus will encompass employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and various other HR functions, all aligned with the hotels’ objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star environment is essential.
– Proven expertise in HR practices including recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations.
– Excellent command of English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
– Strong organizational abilities.
– Motivational leadership skills.
Salary Range : £40K up to £50K.
