Human Resources Generalist Jobs in UAE
Hiring for a Human Resources generalist to join team for an immediate start.
Your role as an HR generalist will be far from one-dimensional.
You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, manage and oversee the implementation and compliance of SDM Staff and Organization policies, procedures, and systems.
Provide expertise, support, and advice in the various HR functions, which include recruitment, staffing, employment law, performance management, professional learning, and employee relations.
You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required.
At least 5 to 10 year of human resource management experience preferred in UAE
