Job Position – Human Resources Manager
Company Name – Segments Cloud Computing
Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE
Salary: AED8,000 – AED10,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.
Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, performance goals, and training requirements.
Supervise and guide the recruiter to ensure effective hiring and onboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
Oversee performance appraisal cycles and create initiatives for employee retention and engagement.
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and HR best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
