Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
– Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with company strategy
– Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices
– Oversee payroll coordination and ensure timely processing of salaries and employee benefits
– Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent
– Coordinate and monitor training, development, and succession planning programs
– Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes fairly and professionally
– Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational restructuring initiatives
– Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law, internal policies, and statutory requirements
– Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR files, and database systems
– Conduct regular HR audits to ensure process efficiency and compliance
– Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns
– Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for senior management decision-making
– Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide guidance to employees and managers
– Participate in change management projects and support smooth business transitions
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
– 3–5 years of HR experience, with hands-on exposure to HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
– Strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and labour regulations
– Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong stakeholder relationships
