Job Position – HVAC & MEP Sales Engineer

Hiring for a motivated and technically strong to join our Sales & Business Development team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for HVAC, MEP, maintenance and electromechanical services
Conduct site surveys, client meetings and technical discussions for new enquiries
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, FM companies and end users
Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, tender documents and scope of works
Coordinate with technical teams for preparation of suitable technical and commercial proposals
Follow up on quotations and opportunities to convert enquiries into orders/contracts
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Finance teams for smooth project handover
Develop opportunities for AMC/PPM and maintenance contracts
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular sales reports
Support payment/collection follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
Technical Knowledge Preferred:
Chillers – Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled
Chilled Water Systems
AHU, FCU & FAHU
VRF/VRV, DX & Package Units
Split & Ducted Split AC Systems
Ventilation & Exhaust Systems
HVAC Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
AMC/PPM Contracts
Basic BMS & Controls
Electrical & Mechanical MEP Systems
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or related field
3–7 years of relevant HVAC/MEP Sales, Business Development or Technical Sales experience
UAE market experience preferred
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC & MEP systems
Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, specifications and tender documents
Strong communication, negotiation and commercial skills
Existing network with consultants, contractors, developers, FM companies or end users will be an advantage
UAE Driving License preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately
