Job Position -ICU Head Nurse
Location – Saudi German Hospital
Location : Ajman
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the ICU nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor patient care delivery and ensure compliance with standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
Valid DHA/MOH license or eligibility.
Minimum 5–7 years of ICU nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Must be Native Arabic or Tagalog Speaker
