Hiring Incident and Change Manager – Remote Support – Locally available!
Location: Anywhere in UAE
JD:
Managing the team of day-to-day operations for IT Incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs for restoring critical IT systems, and providing workarounds for alternate solutions when needed
Developing trend analysis and prepare service improvement plans to address identified gaps
Overseeing work performed by third party vendor(s) related to telecommunication services / Cloud / MSP services in order to track and resolve issues as required, review and improve telecommunications related processes, and seek ways to reduce overall communications spend
Partnering with other IT teams to continuously enhance CMDB, optimize application monitoring and alerting, and implement large, complex processes and/or workflows
Leading / Managing team to develop, implement and maintain core IT Service Management processes within ServiceNow including but not limited to: Change, Incident, Problem, Request, CMDB, Discovery and Service Catalog
10+ years?of experience in IT Service Management
Excellent Communication
Incident and Problem management mainly and some experience in change management
ITIL Certification.
