Job Position – Inclusion/SEN Teacher
Company Name – Sama International School
Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Inclusion or a related field.
– A teaching qualification/license such as PGCE or PGDE.
– Strong understanding and experience in developing and implementing Individual Education Plan (IEPs).
– Knowledge of differentiation, intervention strategies and inclusive teaching practices.
– Familiarity with American Curriculum (Common Core) and IB (MYP/CP) curriculum frameworks is an advantage.
– Training in Safeguarding and child protection and Behavior management and intervention is a plus.
– English IELTS score of 7.5 required.
– Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in inclusion/SEN, preferably with higher grade students.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with subject teachers and leadership teams
– Strong documentation and reporting aligned with ADEK or school inspection frameworks.
– Preference will be given to candidates who are bilingual in English and Arabic.
